The following segment will discuss, with our guest journalist Ms. Maryam Ansari from Germany, different points of views regarding the prohibition of wearing the veil in public spaces. Turkey's recent passage of a law that prohibits women from wearing the veil in public universities will be addressed. The First Two Days: Top Story: The life and times of Fereydoun Farrokhzad. Fereydoun Farrokhzad was a showman and singer. He was stabbed to death and was beheaded with a knife on 9th August 1992, at his home in Bonn, Germany, and was found three days later. He was living in exile since the Islamic Revolution in Iran. The murder has been treated as a work of the Iranian government, because of his anti-Islamic Republic remarks on his shows, which insulted mainly Khomeini and other leaders of the Islamic Republic.
