This report includes President Bush's meeting with Russian President Dmitry Medvedev that highlights Russia-US relations in regards to Iran; an exclusive interview with Gordon Johndroe, Special Assistant to the President and National Security Council Spokesman; G8 working lunch and the summit's agenda.
Iranian Foreign Minister Manuchehr Mottaki’s expressed to the foreign ministers of the 5+1 group and EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana Iran’s readiness to negotiate on the nuclear issue.
We have a live interview at the top of News and Views today with the US Ambassador to the IAEA Greg Schulte from Vienna for analysis of these comments and update of the status of the negotiations.
Dr. Ahmad Mahdi of Ohio Wesleyan University will be the NAV guest 2nd hour. He will discuss Iran/US relations vis a vis the Seymour Hersh article.

hosts Amir Ganjbakhsh, political analyst and senior researcher at the National Institute of Health. The discussion is about globalization and terrorism.

Late Edition will have a report on Iraq’s new relation’s with the UAE, and news out of the G8 summit. There is also a live sports and medical report, as well as a review of the new documentary “Gonzo”about the life of Hunter S Thompson.
