News and Views covers the breaking report that imprisoned journalist has been freed by Iranian authorities. NaV will have an interview with her father and will have international reactions. The broadcast also offers the latest on the presidential race in Iran, and will have an update on the situation if Afghanistan and Pakistan. Additionally, there’s coverage of the Pope as he kicks off his trip through the Mid East.

Straight Talk will devote the entire week to Iran relations with the Arab world. Mansour Farhang, Iran's former envoy to the United Nations, (1979-80) will kick off the discussion.
