Therefore, a point of contact will need to be identified by PNN, sooner rather than later, who will lead the effort on our part. I suggest we begin thinking about maybe hiring a full time person, staff or POV, dedicated to representing us in this task.
In my humble opinion, due to the highly technical nature of this position, this person’s focus will need to be solely on the curriculum project. I know that we are constrained by budgetary mandates and ceilings, but his or her time cannot be shared by other divisions and programs within the PNN.
Therefore, at the risk of sounding repetitive, I do not think we can participate in this project without having a dedicated assignee.
