Today's Woman: The show will begin with coverage of current events, focusing on issues related to women. The show will focus on the 2008 World Gender Gap Report with in-studio guest Dr. Mehrdad Mashayekhi, sociologist from Georgetown University.

News and Views: Saturday's G 20 Summit was aimed at developing ways to stave off deep recession and prevent future crises. At the end of the meeting world leaders agreed to modernize financial regulations and cooperate to help keep the global financial meltdown from getting worse.

As part of that initiative they agreed to reform international financial institutions such as the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.


The First Two Days: we will review the top stories related to Iran and the Middle East with Dr. Alireza Nourizdeh.

Late Edition: Top Story: US and Iraqi negotiators have agreed on a draft of a security pact that would allow American troops to stay in Iraq for three more years after their UN mandate expires December 31.
