Today’s Woman features a discussion with Mr. Hassan Massali who will be on set to discuss opposition groups and women in Iran.

News and Views lead the broadcast with coverage of President Elect Obama’s visit with President Bush at the White House, and there’s a live guest to discuss the new administrations approach towards Iran/US relations.
NaV also feature a series on the US State Department's Digital Outreach team, a new public diplomacy effort from the US State Department. It was created to strengthen the State Department's presence in the on line world -- using "blogging diplomacy."
From Inside Iran we there’s an interview with an expelled student Milad Asadi to discuss the academic violations and denial of right to education in Iranian universities of 6 students from Khajeh Nasir Tousi University. Azghadi had been involved in the prisoners’ massacre in 1988.
Also from Inside Iran we discuss the sentence 5 of victim relatives to 10 to 17 years jail. They were arrested more than a year ago and after a year charged of acting against national security because “they either participated or organized the last year anniversary.”

Roundtable hosts Dr. Alireza Haghighi, Professor of Political Science at University of Toronto will join us. Dr. Haghighi was the first person to predict that a congratulatory letter will be sent by Ahmadinjad to President-Elect Obama. Dr. Haghighi will also analyze the prospects of the upcoming Obama Administration's approach to the Iranian affairs.

Late Edition features coverage of the Obama/Bush White House meeting. There’s also coverage of Armistice Day around the world, a story about Chocolate Fashion, a report on the Mars Lander, and a review of the animated film Madagascar II.
