NaV reports that Mohamed ElBaradei, the head of the IAEA, told the UN General Assembly that Iran is blocking his watchdog agency from verifying whether the nation has any ambitions for nuclear weaponry.
There’s also coverage of reports that Iran opened a naval base on the Strait of Hormuz that's capable of keeping foreign forces out of the Persian Gulf, according to the Iranian navy.
From inside Iran we have an interview regarding the academic violations and denial of right to education in Iranian universities. We talk with a student, Shiva Nazar Ahaari.
