on Iran’s response to the world powers re. its nuclear program: Iran
has sent a message to EU foreign policy chief Javier Solana, but not a
response to the latest proposals on its nuclear programme, officials

students showed up to their graduation ceremony wearing ties. At this
point they are being prevented from graduating as a result of the

the story.Iran has hanged two "rebels" accused of links to a Sunni
militant group in a restive southeastern province, including a man who
worked as a journalist in the region, a press report said on Tuesday.
The newspaper added that they were sent to gallows in the central
prison of Zahedan, capital of the southeastern Sistan-Baluchestan
