News and Views covers reports that a blast in a mosque in southern Iran that killed at least 10 people on Saturday was not an attack and was probably caused by negligence. Mr Shahid will be on the phone from Paris to give us reaction from that region. We will also have interviews from within Iran with people close to the scene. The broadcast also reports Iran announced on Sunday that a meeting scheduled to take place on Monday between the head of its nuclear agency and the chief of the United Nations nuclear watchdog has been postponed. Iranian Nobel Peace Prize laureate and human rights lawyer Shirin Ebadi said on Monday the number of threats made against her and her family had increased in recent months. NaV will have an interview with Ms. Ebadi on these matters.

Roundtable’s guest is Iraj Adibzadeh, Iranian French Journalist and sports Analyst. He will be live via remote from Paris, France to discuss the 2008 Summer Olympics, and international reaction to China hosting the event.
