Persian Primetime lineup 4/3

Today’s Woman: The show will begin with coverage of current events, focusing on issues related to women. The first segment will focus on the psychology of behavior based off a recent article by Dr. Eric Bernstein. The second segment will focus on the recent launch of the Yahoo! Shine website that is entirely dedicated to women issues. The last segment will acknowledge the men participants of the One Million Signature Campaign in Iran.

News & Views: NaV will cover reports that China, which has opposed harsh United Nations sanctions against Iran over its nuclear program, has provided the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) with intelligence linked to Tehran's alleged attempts to make nuclear arms, it was revealed yesterday. The move would appear to reflect growing international unease about how honest Iran has been in denying it ever tried to make such arms. President Bush won NATO's endorsement Thursday for his plan to build a missile defense system in Europe over Russian objections. The US argues that missile defence is urgently needed to thwart a possible threat from Iran, which is suspected in the West of developing nuclear weapons -- a goal that Tehran denies.

Roundtable: Mr. Homayoun Houshyarnejad discusses the Iranian exile press. Mr.H. Houshyarnejad is journalist, writer and poet living in Los Angles.

Late Edition: An interview with artist Maria Sabaye Moghaddam and organizer Mehrdad Ariannejad, from Canada, on their events to promote and preserve Iranian culture and art.

NewsTalk hosts its regular Thursday PNN journalist roundtable.
