News and Views offers the latest on the outbreak of swine flu in Mexico and elsewhere. PNN’s Doctor Hamed Behravan will discuss. There’s also a report on Secretary of State Clinton’s trip to the Middle East, and a report on the upcoming summit meeting of Pakistan, Afghanistan and Iran, where participants "would develop a trilateral mechanism to combat terrorism, smuggling and other trans-border crimes." From inside Iran, NaV will have the latest in the status of imprisoned journalist Roxana Saberi.

Two publishers, one in Los Angeles (Bijan Khalili) and one in Iran (Sadeq Samiee) will join Roundtable to discuss the state of book publishing in and outside Iran. Poet and novelist Javad Mojabi will be a phoner from Iran too.
